I really liked the first workout I did because it was challenging, and certainly longer than the pilates DVDs I have since each of those workouts are 10 minute-segments. Level One of this DVD is about 35 minutes. With all the cardio moves too, I felt like I got a good, all around workout.

Six-Week 6-Pack Tryout
I did the first workout of the Jillian Michaels DVD Sunday. I felt good during the workout, and ended up sweating, but was pleased with the exercises she uses in Level One. It's a combo of cardio and core exercises, and I was sore, but not in my abs. There's one exercise that works the abs and the inner thighs, and it's my inner thighs that turned out to be sore. I really felt it Monday, but it's good that other areas are also getting worked. The exercise itself is in side-plank pose, and the bottom leg comes up.
It is difficult, because you need to keep your core tight, bring the bottom leg up, and keep your balance. The entire workout includes a warm-up, then one cycle of several core exercises, repeat all the exercises, then cool down with some stretching.

I'll have to add this workout dvd to my wishlist ... now to build up my wrist strength in order to do a side plank unassisted :)
